We will report on the House taking up the so-called "monuments bill." A House committee today approved the education budget and sent it onto the full House. We will also report on today's introduction of reapportionment legislation. And we will be joined by Rep. Juandalynn Givan of Birmingham. She says she believes that former governor Robert Bentley could have survived an impeachment vote had it not been for his controversial appointment of Luther Strange to the U.S. Senate.
